Giving advice reduces the individual's autonomy. When you give advice, the person who receives your advice owns less of the solution. Without this ownership, there is less accountability.
Research * on financial counseling shows that the brain does not embed the advice in neocortex, which reduces ownership of the decision. Then we do not get the same commitment and accountability as when we reach our own insights.

We are certified in the market's most evidence-based and reliable work psychological tests and methods regarding personality, problem solving, risk behaviors, values and analysis and development tools in terms of group, leadership and organisational development.
ICF-certified coaches
We are certified and follow the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) standard and ethical guidelines. ICF is today the only globally recognized, independent certification body for coaches.
EFPA-certification
We hold the European Test User Certificate, which is the highest level of certification in the use of work psychology methods.
